Return Details

All returns are subject to the individual return policies of our manufacturers.  Our company does not inventory all products shown on our website.  Our manufacturers drop-ship ALL products directly from distribution points across the United States.


Several of our manufacturers will not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to Friant.  If you have concerns regarding this return and restocking policy, please contact us prior to purchase at 303-733-1300 for information and details.


Returns will not be accepted after 7 business days.


Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.


A minimum re-stocking charge of 35% applies to all authorized returns for credit or refund, provided goods are received by our manufacturer in the condition in which they left the factory.  The re-stock charge may increase depending on the type of product.  This re-stock charge does not include our shipping and handling costs each way.


Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling freight costs each way.


We cannot accept returns of Special Order items, custom or closeout products.  Please call 303-733-1300 prior to purchasing these items if you have any questions.


All returns must be approved and authorized in writing by Everything For Offices.


Special Orders which have entered any stage of production may not be changed or cancelled.


An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.


Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or we cannot refund your purchase. Ready to assemble items that have been assembled cannot be returned.


If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace the damaged item. Please contact us to let us know what item is damaged.  Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please inspect the item before the delivery agent leaves your location. If the item is damaged, please note this on the sheet that the delivery agent asks you to sign, then contact us immediately.
