We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
We have two standard methods of shipment available: Small Parcel and Standard Truck Delivery. We also have an optional White Glove Delivery service available.
Small Parcel - We will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for small parcel deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required."
Standard Truck Delivery - Many items on our website are too large or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail.
If your item ships via Standard Truck Delivery, your items will be delivered to your dock. If your home or office does not have a delivery dock, you will be responsible for taking the packages from the tailgate of the truck. You may need a friend for help.
White Glove Delivery – You may opt for a White Glove Delivery service. White Glove Delivery works similarly to a standard truck delivery, but a delivery team will bring your items into your business or home for you. Please contact us prior to placing an order to receive a White Glove Delivery service quote.
Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please inspect the item before the delivery agent leaves your location. If the item is damaged, please note this on the sheet that the delivery agent asks you to sign then contact us immediately.
No! There is not an additional charge for standard shipping.
