We will ship your order via the most appropriate method based on the weight and size of your furniture. If your order is going to a private residence, additional charges may apply. If you have stairs, special needs or require an inside delivery, please choose the appropriate shipping method before checking out or call 303-733-1300. If there are complications or additional costs because of your needs, we will contact you.
If possible, your order will ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. Otherwise, your order will ship via common carrier and you may need to contact our office to complete your order if you require anything other than a curbside delivery. |

Common Carrier Deliveries: |

Ordering furniture online is a little different than ordering small products that fit into a nice neat box. Many of our non UPS-able products are often too heavy or too big to ship UPS or FedEx. Your order will most likely show up on a large freight truck during normal business hours (considered to be 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday). You may be required to unload or assist in unloading your order. |

Residential Deliveries: |

If your order is going to a private residence, additional charges may apply. All deliveries are curbside only, meaning that the furniture will be unloaded at the curb and you will be required to move the furniture from there. If you have stairs, special needs or require an inside delivery, please choose the appropriate shipping method before checking out or call 303-733-1300. If there are complications or additional costs because of your needs, we will contact you.

Damaged Deliveries: |

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for damage. If the box is damaged, please note the damage on the driver's paperwork and contact us immediately and then unpack and inspect the furniture while the driver is still present. If your furniture is damaged, note the damage and contact us immediately. Do not discard the product or the packaging.
